Experience

As CIO Bob leads his team in aligning Honkamp’s technology with firm goals. Bob oversees the infrastructure and systems support team as well as the business applications team. Bob joined Honkamp in 2005 in PC/systems support. In 2006 he was promoted to systems and network administrator, became IT manager in 2012, and was promoted to shareholder in 2017.

Family life & hobbies

Bob and his wife, Joleen, have two daughters, Madison and Lexie, and a son, Jax. He enjoys coaching and cheering on his kids with their sports. With what free time he has left, he enjoys fishing, boating, golfing and cheering on the Packers, Badgers and Cubs.
