As the quality control partner and chair of the firm’s risk oversight committee, Brian focuses on the firm’s system of quality control primarily within the assurance, tax and advisory practices. His commitment to quality extends to other CPA firms, assisting them with their peer review requirements and other quality control initiatives. In addition, he assists companies with a multitude of services, including assurance (audit, review and compilation), accounting, financial report preparation, outsourced internal control and other advisory services within the financial institutions, professional services and manufacturing/distribution industries. Brian joined Honkamp in 2016.

Brian was born and raised in Dubuque, where he resides with his wife and two children. He loves boating and competing in triathlons.
