Experience

Courtney has over nine years of training experience, including experience as a trainer/coach in the nonprofit and higher education industries. As Honkamp’s training manager, Courtney oversees the implementation of the firm-wide learning program, which includes the development of training objectives and training curriculums per NASBA standards. Courtney facilitates training sessions with firm professionals and leads new hire orientation. She also oversees processes to maintain compliance with individual CPE records and licenses/membership renewals. Courtney joined the firm in 2017.
