Experience

Jamie has more than 25 years of experience in public accounting, including 21 years with Schowalter & Jabouri, P.C. She was a shareholder in that firm for 15 years and served as the president for more than five years prior to Schowalter & Jabouri merging into Honkamp in late 2023. Jamie also previously was a member of the technology risk services team at Big Four accounting firm PwC. She is experienced in leading engagements for public and private companies, as well as not-for-profit and governmental organizations, and she has worked with clients ranging from small, local organizations to large, multinational corporations.

Family life & hobbies

Jamie’s son is involved with Boy Scouts and sports. When she is not being a “super-Uber driver” for her son, you can find her in the kitchen, where the family dog, Buddy, is most likely begging for treats underfoot. If Jamie has 15 minutes of free time, you might find her with latest version of National Geographic or a book.
