When she joined the firm, Tracy brought more than 20 years of experience in both the private and public sectors. Her previous experience includes serving as an accounting and human resources manager at a plastics manufacturer and as a controller and human resource manager for a document conversion company. She has experience in general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, purchasing, labor tracking and reporting, forecasting, budgeting, journal entry preparation, petty cash administration, account reconciliation, cash management, fixed assets, job costing, month and year-end closing and financial statement preparation.

Tracy and her husband, Shawn, have one son, Jarrett. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading and traveling.
