HK awarded a State of Iowa 2017 Top Workplace for fourth year in a row by Des Moines Register

Honkamp Krueger & Co., P.C. has been awarded a 2017 Top Workplaces honor by the Des Moines Register for the fourth year in a row. The Top Workplaces lists are based entirely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement.

The data is collected from paper and online surveys and then objectively calculated to determine the best workplaces. More than just perks and benefits were considered. Several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution and connection were measured to determine rankings.
