IRS, Iowa, Wisconsin and others waive March 1 deadline for farmers

Certain rule changes have led the IRS to waive the March 1 tax payment deadline for farmers who file their 2018 federal tax deadline and pay any tax due by April 15, 2019. An additional form must be attached to the 2018 income tax return to qualify.
