IRS releases clarity on gifts and estates after 2025

In a recent update from the IRS, questions about what happens to gift and estate tax exclusions after 2025 were cleared up and any concern over loss of tax benefit was addressed. The proposed regulations released by the Treasury Department and the IRS were issued to clarify changes made by the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA).
